Emergency service outside of the normal working hours

We are there to help you even on weekends or in the night if there is any problem with one of the machines you have bought or rented from us.

Outside of the normal working hours you can always reach us under the central emergency phone number, which is:

Our emergency service costs extra in case we have to send out a mechanic. This emergency surcharge will be invoiced in addition to the cost for worktime, parts and travel.

Surcharge rates:

- 250 € for field work on Liebherr railway excavators
- 100 € for phone diagnosis on Liebherr railway excavators by a skilled mechanic
- 100 € for field work on any other machines

Liebherr has it's own central emergency phone number for problems on Liebherr machines outside normal working hours:

(Germany: 0,14 €/min from the cable net, from mobile net max. 0,42 €/min)

Your call would be taken by a call center which will then contact the dealer in charge of the area you are coming from, for example Kurt König.

In addition, all of our branches have their own local emergency phone numbers where they can be reached on weekends, in the evening or at night. The number of the employee currently on the shift can be heard on the tape of the answering machine in each branch office. Here are the branch office phone numbers to call:
